What a fantastic weekend away! 🎣🦞
Our annual Torrumbarry Fishing Club craying trip went to Yarrawonga this weekend gone and it was another huge success, with 30 members joining us for a great weekend at the Yarrawonga Holiday Park.
There were plenty of quality crays landed, along with 13–15 fish, including several Murray Cod and a Trout Cod caught by Nug🎣🎣.

A big congratulations to everyone who had a successful weekend, with a few special mentions:
🏆 Most Fish Caught: JOF
🏆 Biggest Murray Cod: New member Jack with an impressive 89cm cod!
🦞 Biggest Cray: New member Shanae, who landed the biggest cray of the weekend on her very first craying trip – what an awesome effort!

It was fantastic to see so many younger members getting involved, enjoying the outdoors, learning new skills and sharing the weekend with the club. That’s what Torrumbarry Fishing Club is all about!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, helped out and made it such an enjoyable weekend. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

🎣🍻 TORRUMBARRY FISHING CLUB MEMBERS DAY 🍻🎣

This Sunday the 24th, swing by the shed from 2:00pm for a good old catch-up with the crew!

No pressure, no meetings that feel longer than a Murray Cod story… just a relaxed afternoon with great people, cold beers, fishing yarns and plenty of laughs.

We’ll be chatting about:
🐟 Upcoming club events
🏕️ The next weekend away
🎣 Fishing plans, tall tales & secret spots nobody actually reveals
🍺 And probably arguing over who lost “the biggest fish of the day”

Whether you’re a long-time member or haven’t been down in a while, come along and say g’day. The kettle will be on, the beers will be cold, and the stories will only get bigger as the afternoon goes on.
