🏊‍♂️❄️ 2026 Winter All In #2 ❄️🏊‍♀️
The Henley & Grange Swim Team headed to the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre yesterday for the Winter All In Meet, taking on two jam-packed sessions of racing.
There were PBs aplenty, state qualifying times achieved, and plenty of awesome performances throughout the day.

A special mention goes to our bronze squad swimmers. We are incredibly proud of the way you all approached your races, listened to your coaches, and competed with maturity, and effort well beyond your years.

🏊‍♂️ Norwood SC Sprint Series #2 Meet 🏊
Adelaide Aquatic Centre | 12/06/2026

On Friday, 13 of our H & G swimmers took to the pool at the Norwood SC Sprint Series #2 Meet, delivering plenty of fantastic performances and Pbs!

A special shoutout to our newest junior swimmers, Oren (8 ) and Caitlin (11), who made their competition debut. We loved seeing you step up and race with confidence! 👏

There were PBs galore and some outstanding swims across the team. A huge congratulations to Mae-Lyn Wang (11), our highest point scorer of the meet, who brought home an incredible 3 gold medals 🥇🥇🥇 and 2 bronze medals 🥉🥉. Great work!

Well done to all our swimmers for representing H & G so proudly. 🌟

🔥 Bunnings Adelaide Airport BBQ – 7 June 2026 🔥

A huge shout-out to our amazing H&G Sunday Bunnings BBQ Crew! 👏🌭

Thank you for volunteering your time, bringing the energy, and helping out on both the grill and the till. Thank to you sausages for your ongoing support.
It was great having the swimmers out there volunteering their time as well.

Every sausage sold helps raise valuable funds for our club, giving our swimmers the opportunity to reach their goals and chase their dreams. 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️❤

✨Barossa Swimming Carnival 31/05/26✨

A small but mighty team of H & G swimmers took on the Barossa Swimming Carnival this weekend, delivering a pretty impressive performance! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

There were plenty of PBs, multiple first-place finishes, and some substantial medal hauls along the way.

A special congratulations to Thomas Rees and Isaac Ho, who were our highest point-scoring swimmers for the meet. Great work boys!

Well done to all of our hardworking swimmers. The dedication, commitment, and effort you put into training are truly paying off, and it showed in the pool this weekend.

👏✨SA SHORT COURSE RECORD FOR JACOB TUCKER 👏✨

H & G swimmer Jacob Tucker continues to make his mark on South Australian swimming, adding another State Record to his growing list of achievements.

Jacob set a new South Australian record in the Male 14 Years 50m Breaststroke with an incredible time of 30.50. A fantastic reward for the hard work, commitment and determination he brings to training and racing every week.

Congratulations Jacob — We are so proud of you! ❤🤍

🏊2026 Winter All in #1 🏊

Strong results from our Henley & Grange swimmers at the 2026 Winter All In #1 held at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre across two sessions yesterday. 🏊👏

🏊 43 swimmers competed
🏅 Podium finishes in the majority of events
⏱️ Huge PBs right across the team

Some standout performances included:
• Mae Lyn Wang taking 7.23 seconds off her 100IM
• Albert Lee dropping 10.55 seconds in the 100IM to place 1st
• Albert Lee taking 10.88 seconds off his 100m Breaststroke for another 1st place finish and also winning the 50m Freestyle with an 8.16 second PB
• Thomas Rees achieved solid PBs in every event, with a series of strong swims resulting in first and second place finishes across the meet.

Well done to all swimmers, you all showed determination and improvement through your hardwork at training. 💪 What a great start to the short course season, and thank you to our coaches, officials and families for their support. 🤍❤👏

Last night, 11 Henley & Grange swimmers competed at the Norwood Sprint Series 1 held at the newly reopened Adelaide Aquatic Centre. 🏊
It was fantastic to race at Adelaide’s newest pool, and a huge thank you to for being so welcoming and running such a well organised meet.
There were lots of PBs, some state qualifying times and lots of fun.
A special shout out goes to Jacob Squeo and Lucas Jucha for some outstanding swims on the night 👏
We’d also like to thank all of our amazing parents who took turns officiating throughout the meet — Thanks legends! ❤🤍
