Huge week on the tongs for H&G! 🌭🔥

We’ve just wrapped up a massive double-header at Bunnings, and we couldn’t be prouder of our club community.😊🚩❤️

From Tuesday's crew - featuring life member Trevor and his daughter (a blast from our H&G past 30 years ago!) - to Sunday’s team of three dedicated parents and 5 of our hard working squad swimmers, everyone worked incredibly hard to keep the snags moving!🌭👏🏼

The final day of competition was full of excitement, team spirit, and fast racing.

This weekend our swimmers hit the water with quite a splash! 🔴⚪

Congratulations to all our incredible swimmers who competed this weekend. The red and white team spirit was absolutely alive on the pool deck! 🙌⚡

A massive shoutout to our State Prep swimmers who smashed out new PBs, with some even securing State Qualifying times! ⏱️🔥

Mae-Lyn always pushes herself to be the best she can every training session. She has showcased some amazing competition performances, earning herself several cash prizes from the Norwood sprint series and the recent Winter waves medley skins!

🏊‍♂️ Congratulations to Jacob Tucker! 🏊‍♂️

Jacob is making his mark at the School Sport Australia (13-19yrs) Championships in Melbourne this week with the rest of the South Australian team.

🔥 Results so far:
• 50m Breaststroke (Boys 14yrs) – 🥉 BRONZE MEDAL in 30.82 + PB!
• 100m Breaststroke – 4th place in the final + PB by 1.58 seconds
• 50m Butterfly – Finalist + another PB

An incredible effort in the pool, capped off with a podium finish! 👏

A special shoutout as well to H&G Coach Lee, who is also in Melbourne coaching the SA School Sport team. Amazing to see our club represented at this level.

🏊‍♂️ Congratulations, Lincoln Adcock! 🏊‍♂️

We're thrilled to announce that H & G swimmer Lincoln Adcock has been selected as Co-Captain of the SA School Sport Swimming Team (13–19 years) for the 2026 School Sport Games in Melbourne on Saturday 25 July to Thursday 30 July 2026.

This is an incredible achievement and a wonderful opportunity for Lincoln to showcase his leadership skills on the national stage. Congratulations, Lincoln! 👏
