OUR 8 WEEK RESET CHALLENGE WINNERS ARE IN 🔥

TRANSFORM 🏆Sheridan Jones absolutely crushed her 8 weeks — dropping 4.8kg, 3.1% body fat and 14cm off her visceral fat area 👏She stayed consistent with her meal plans, checked in regularly with her coaches, and truly embraced the importance of recovery. Incredible result!

PERFORM 🏆Karen Pattern was our standout in the Perform stream!With a focus on rowing and the upcoming state regatta season, she worked closely with Coach Loz — dialling in rowing targets, recovery and nutrition 🚣‍♀️Not only did she achieve her best body composition changes in years (as a byproduct!), she’s already taken home multiple gold medals and is pushing for Victorian selection. We are SO proud!

LIFESTYLE 🏆Georgia Mutsaers takes out Lifestyle!Her focus? Simple but powerful habits — better sleep, daily mobility, and no phone after 8:30pm 📵The result: improved recovery, better training output, fewer niggles, and a huge boost in overall wellbeing. Consistency at its finest!
