Torquay Outrigger Canoe Club Outrigger Canoe Club, Torquay, Victoria, Australia Torquay Outrigger Canoe Club (TOCC) is affiliated with Australian Outrigger Canoe Racing Association (AOCRA).

The Torquay Outrigger Canoe Club is the only open-ocean canoe club in Victoria and has been set up to take advantage of the natural attributes the southern ocean has to offer. We have the benefit of paddling in the sheltered waters east of Point Danger or more often enjoy paddling on the open ocean to Bells Beach, Anglesea or Breamlea, enjoying the surge that ocean swells offer when conditions per
