Keeping everyone super updated: the next stage is underway at Banyul-Warri Fields! 🏏

Following the successful completion and curing of the concrete slab, the team at BIS Infrastructure has begun installing the framework for our new four-lane cricket training facility.

The shape and scale of the facility are now really starting to come together, bringing us another step closer to delivering a fantastic new training environment for our senior and junior cricketers.

Project update:

✅ Temporary fencing installed
✅ Site preparation completed
✅ Excavation completed
✅ Slab boxing and reinforcement completed
✅ Concrete slab poured
✅ Concrete curing completed

The Surf Coast Suns family is thrilled to congratulate our Director of Cricket, Blake Robinson, and his partner Madi on the arrival of their beautiful baby boy, Rex. 🍼👶

Mum and baby are both doing well, while Dad is already planning Rex’s first net session!

We couldn’t be happier for Blake and Madi as they begin this incredibly special new chapter together.

We’re especially pleased to get behind a new local cricket business as it gets started, while building a partnership that will deliver genuine value to both the club and our members.

Led by Govind, who we’re also excited to welcome to the Suns as a player this season, Saishiv Sports will work closely with the club across cricket equipment, custom bats, playing gear and accessories.
