We're running two Junior School Holiday Clinics at The Sands Torquay this July, and spots are limited to just 10 per session, so get in quick!

These fun, 60-minute sessions are the perfect introduction to golf for kids of all levels, from total beginners to those who've played before. Through games and activities, juniors will learn putting, chipping and full swing in a relaxed and supportive environment, building confidence and making friends along the way.

$25 per session | All equipment provided

While the world's best were battling it out at Aronimink Golf Club in Pennsylvania, we had our own PGA Championship moment right here at The Sands.

On Wednesday, 93 golfers hit the fairways in a sea of yellow for the Amber Community's Shine a Light on Road Safety campaign, a not-for-profit dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of road users, and what a day it was.

We were proud to donate prize winnings to support the cause, and a big thank you to the Torquay Lion's Club for keeping everyone fuelled with a sponsored BBQ lunch.

Thank you to every player, donor, and yellow-clad golfer who showed up and showed out!

A few weeks back, the surf world descended on Torquay for the Rip Curl Pro and spent some of his downtime right here on the course.
