We'd love to welcome you to our FREE Come & Try Nights! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Whether you're brand new to athletics, returning after a break, or a past athlete looking to get back on the track, these evenings are the perfect opportunity to experience what our club is all about.

Come & Try Night 1

Please note:
✅ You can attend one night or both nights
✅ No Sports80 registration is required to attend a Come & Try Night.
✅ A parent or guardian must remain on-site to supervise throughout the evening.
🙋 We’re a volunteer-run club, so please lend a hand on the night, we'd really appreciate your support.

It is with a very heavy heart that after 20+ years of helping kids/athletes in our area that we announce the immediate closure of the club due to the lack of interest in members and securing volunteers to form a committee for the past 3years which has made it unsustainable to continue.
I am both disappointed and ashamed at the community population of Howard, Torbanlea areas that no one has turned up or confirmed a position at our last 6 AGM's dates. I am also disappointed that so many of the community groups for the youth have had to close because of this so you have lost another group to give your kids fun, fitness, friendships, coaching to continu36e on with their enthusiasm for athletics, and after school energy release for excess energy and mental health away from computers and screen time.
We want to extend our thank you to previous committee members, athletes, coaches, families, volunteers, businesses like the Grand Hotel Howard Burrum Benevolent Society (BBS), My Magical Mess, Howard Butchers and many more supporters for their passion, time and commitment to the club and shaping so many athletes lives fir their future endeavours.
Please be patient as I negotiate the processes of closing everything down.

Prep to Grade 6 (5–11 years)

From relay races and obstacle courses to mini competitions and a thrilling finale race, kids will enjoy a day packed with fun, friendship and active play.

Almost time for our AGM, WHO ARE COMING?
We a Coach ready to start training the kids for school sports days etc.
I can do Centre Manager, we also could have a Treasurer. All we really need at the moment it 2 or 3 people.
Come on down to see me at the Torbanlea Race Track, down the bottom of the inside track.
