Yesterday representatives from Belong in Hockey Toowoomba- Jessie, Liz, Wendy, Ameera, Dyana, Esad and Khairullah attended Parliament House for the ‘Parliamentary Friends of Hockey Event’.

Last week THA were gratefully invited to the Qld Community Alliance's Toowoomba Listening Action. We were in the room with a passionate group of Toowoomba community leaders to 'listen' to the needs of our community and where we can have the strongest combined impact.

It was an honour to share the work of Belong in Hockey and the meaningful stories it has created through the commitment of our volunteers and Association, and the courage of our participants.

We look forward to the continued development of a Qld Community Alliance movement in Toowoomba!

We are really going to miss Bob & his wonderful contribution to Belong in Hockey. He is an inspiration and wonderful mentor to all our participants. Besides his hockey skills, he has driven many people on Fridays & supported our players in A4 at Red Lions.
