Oh - Hi there. We've had some sporadic new views lately, perhaps from carnival visitors over the weekend. Just thought I should make it final that 'Elements' is not running anymore.

I train with the crew at Raw Combat Toowoomba sometimes, and highly recommend them.

I know we don't cover wing chun for a while yet, but you'd be surprised what we integrated into our basic striking class! Check out this video on the straight punch and look for the the elbows down, fists facing down, and body alignment tips we incorporated into our modern straight punching.
