A big thumbs up for Amanda for putting in the hard work. I couldn't resist I just had to post it on here because your doing so awesome well done Amanda keep up the good work πππͺ.
Workout of the day is a core circuit so give it a go it's fun and affectiveππ
1. Sit up to chest press against the wall 3x12.
2. Russian twists 3x12 each side.
3. Med ball slam with a rotational twist against the wall. For this exercise your going to do a med ball slam then once you pick it up or catch it your going to do a rotational twist throw against the wall and that equals 1 rep. 3x12 each side.
Once you complete all three exercises that equals one round and you got two more after that. Rest time 30 seconds between rounds.
