A big thumbs up for Amanda for putting in the hard work. I couldn't resist I just had to post it on here because your doing so awesome well done Amanda keep up the good work πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ.

Workout of the day is a core circuit so give it a go it's fun and affectiveπŸ˜πŸ‘

1. Sit up to chest press against the wall 3x12.

2. Russian twists 3x12 each side.

3. Med ball slam with a rotational twist against the wall. For this exercise your going to do a med ball slam then once you pick it up or catch it your going to do a rotational twist throw against the wall and that equals 1 rep. 3x12 each side.

Once you complete all three exercises that equals one round and you got two more after that. Rest time 30 seconds between rounds.

Workout of the day.
If your short on time and don't have time to go to the gym give this workout a go you can simply do this workout at home and the only equipment you need is your own body so no excuses.

1. Burpee. So to perfect this exercise you are going to start in a standing position then your going to come down to the ground extend your legs out to the back so you should be in a push up position be sure to keep your core nice and tight then your going to bring your knees towards your chest and then jump back up as high as you can back into the standing position that's one rep.

2. Leg raises. Lay flat on your back and have your arms by your side and your going to simply lift your legs of the ground then slowly lower them back to the ground that's 1 rep.

3. High knees. Simply running on the spot.

4 rounds total 30 seconds on each exercise then 30 seconds rest after completing all 3 exercises
