Resistance training is excellent for women.
It builds lean muscle mass, strengthens bones and improves cardiovascular health, confidence and mental health.
According to the National Institute on Ageing, those extra muscle fibres don’t just make you look better; they lower body-fat percentage, boost metabolism, and set you up for healthier ageing.
And NO, you won't end up looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger, but that's another story 😁
