Behind the Reformer with Lucy 🤍

From one of our OG members, to navigating pregnancy, and now postpartum with baby Lottie by her side 🫶

One thing Lucy is most proud of is how strong she was able to stay throughout pregnancy and into motherhood by keeping Pilates part of her routine.

Consistency looked different in every season, but having access to programs she could simply press play and follow made it easy to keep showing up — even when life was changing around her.

A beautiful reminder that movement isn't just about where you are now. It's about building strength that supports you through every stage of life ✨
