Let’s hope it’s not too cold and it’s over quickly 😂 It can be so hard training in the colder months especially when it’s darker for longer too. It’s important to keep your routine and adjust where needed to suit the climate. It could be changing to indoor workouts or layering up if you’re training outside, although it’s hard(trust me I know, I think I hate winter more than anyone) you’ll feel so much better in the long run.

They are a great combination of cardio and strength as well has helping mobility and coordination. There are many progressions and regressions to cater to all fitness levels and abilities!

Frozen food can help you shop less often and even more so, the cold actually preserves the nutrients so you‘re not wasting any! The downside however is that frozen food may have a soggier texture and there aren‘t as many options as you have with fresh food. Your best bet would be to make use of both fresh and frozen foods
