"MESH RIPSTOP DURABILITY - I want to let horse owners know about the amazing durability of the Mesh Ripstop rugs that I have been using for years. Over summer, I have been lucky to get more than one dayā€™s wear due to a Pally GRP who loves to roll in sandy dirt/dirty sand which turns to mud with a bit of moisture, and so have been rotating between his new 5ā€™9ā€ Seagull and my ā€˜old boysā€™ (RIP Buddy) 6ā€™, which was still in excellent condition, bought 2023. The 6ā€™ now has some repairs šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø but comes up amazingly with a blast from the hose before washing with Coles wool wash and a bit of dissolved Vanish. A testament to the fabric used."

Incredible washing result! And standing up to a serious testing regime. ;-) Thanks so much for the feedback Kate!

For anyone who has bought one of our hybrid mesh rugs/combos and is concerned about the fabric, please read this, it sums up the feedback we hear so often:
šŸ–ŠDanielle V: "Perfect rug for 40 degree days - I was a little worried when I realised how thick it was but it is so cool on! It is the perfect length and having a high cotton thread count means my very itchy horse is less itchy and cooler!! The mesh actually lets them breathe! I was a little worried that it doesnā€™t have a belly step but I just make sure the leg straps arenā€™t loose and it stays on perfect."

Earlwood MESH hood for the win again!
šŸ–ŠDanielle V: "This hood stays on, my horse doesnā€™t get hot in it because the mesh has large holes and it has a high % of cotton. The best thing is my very itchy horse can no longer scratch up his face and the top of his neck as it is covered. He is also less itchy in this hood."

PLEASE READ: These Bodz are brand new, BUT, they are a returned customer order, who cut the ears out of them first, before deciding she needed a different size. This does not compromise the Bodz in any way, it's just a very minor cosmetic concern, whereby you may see a tiny bit of fabric around the ear hole seam, where it wasn't cut out perfectly.

As such, we've discounted them accordingly. Any concerns, please call me and I can explain further if need be.
