Vita Body Maddie works with women wanting to keep fit through all stages of life. I work with women who want to improve their fitness, health and weight loss.

I work alongside these ladies to help create a balanced, stress-free life. Children thrive when their Mum is happy. Contentment comes through a positive view of ourselves, friendship and support. Happy endorphins are released through exercise. I offer Personal Training, Group Training and Health Coaching.

22km of white sand and headland track on one of Queensland's most spectacular stretches of coastline.

Coolum to Noosa. 8 August.

We walk north along the beach, stop for a snack at Peregian, lunch at Sunshine Beach, then up over the headland before finishing at Noosa with cold drinks and views that make the last few kilometres very worth it.

$150 per person. Spots are limited. Bookings close 30 June.
