SPRING RACING IS BACK - This weekend thanks to Sub-Zero Airconditioning, Installation & Services Pty. Ltd and what a special weekend it is!!! It's the last before the 2026 1Equine Weetwood and features the Selected Seeds Stathi Katsidis Memorial Race and the Cooper Commercial Race Callers Cup. Eye catchers from Saturday night's meeting 🔎👀 (part 2 of 2)
Race 7 - 1300m AKIRA SAN (Team Geran). Highlighted (turquoise, hot pink GG racing logo, diagonal halves sleeves, hooped cap). 5yo mare who has clearly has her issues along the way having only start number 3 on Saturday night. She hit the line well at her first outing here back in May before excuses second up & from there she went straight to the paddock. Liked the way she finished off behind the runaway winner on Saturday night & she should take good benefit from the run, just needs to stay sound.

Eye catchers from Saturday night's meeting 🔎👀 (part 1 of 2)
Race 1 - 1220m AZUKI (John Dann). Highlighted (royal blue, white & gold sash & armbands, white quartered cap). Winner of just 2 of his 21 starts however he's been a model of consistency this prep. Not the best to begin he raced keenly early on which wasn't ideal. As you can see in the clip he just couldn't get a crack at them until too late in the straight, once wound up he attacked the line strongly & not long after he's in front!
