We love it when this happens. 💛

S A R A H has been a familiar face at Antara for years, and from tomorrow, you’ll find her at the front of the reformer room.

She loves flowers, her job in an operating theatre, has travelled to more than 30 countries, and her favourite place to be is in the International Terminal of any airport at 6am.

Pilates and yoga have been her constant through all of it, helping her feel at home in her body, wherever in the world she happens to be.

Now she gets to share that with you.

We’re very happy to call this long-time member one of our newest teachers. (And yes, for those keen observers - this is another Sarah. We’re not imposing limits 😆)

Our newest 200hr Yoga Teacher Training graduate, Chelsey, is stepping onto the teachers mat - expect breathwork, movement and a little stillness, guided in a relaxed, supportive space where nobody needs to get it perfect. Teachers included.

Come move with them. Support them. Cheer them on.

What a beautiful invitation by the yoga teacher (thanks Amy) to feel whatever comes to the surface. I had slipped into a morning yoga class for the sheer pleasure of being a student again rather than the teacher out the front. As soon as I rolled out my mat, I surrendered to the adventure. And it was good!

Sunrise Crew, that’s a wrap! ☀️

Over the past two months we’ve shared countless sunrises, more protein balls than we can count, organic tea, surprise vouchers... and confirmed that adults will, in fact, do almost anything for a sticker chart. 😉

Thank you to everyone who showed up, encouraged one another, and made the dark winter mornings something to look forward to. It was never really about the stickers, and always about the people, the routine, and the practice of showing up.

Congratulations to everyone who reached their milestones and received studio credit, MAYO vouchers and our exclusive Sunrise Crew tees. Consider your studio credit the little nudge to keep going… after a sleep in or two.

And a special congratulations to beautiful Karen, whose name was drawn as the winner of our major prize. 🎉

A heartfelt thank you to Immy from Airstream Espresso for joining us on our final morning and helping us celebrate the end of another incredible Sunrise Crew.

(And special thanks to those who let us take their photo - who knew we were such a shy bunch?!)
