AGM UPDATE
The Charlton Raceway Inc. held its 2026-2027 AGM last week and the committee will continue in their current positions.

President: Nathan Macdonald
Vice President: Shane Macdonald
Secretary: Cyrisse Macdonald
Treasurer: Vicki Wilson

Thank you to our committee and club members for another incredible season. Your support and commitment to this club is truly appreciated.

A special mention goes to Heather, Neville and Joy for their hard work in the off season in cleaning the downstairs room at the track. It looks fantastic, thank you.

We are looking forward to another spectacular year!

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Wendy Wright who was a true supporter of speedway. Wendy passed away on Saturday morning the 22nd of August. Our thoughts are with her family and friends.

Charlton Raceway Inc. will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 25th August 2026 at 7pm.

Venue: Club Toowoomba, 331-339 Hume St Toowoomba. The meeting will be followed up with a general meeting.

As always the club will supply food and pizzas for the night, please let Cyrisse Macdonald know if you are attending for catering purposes on [email protected] or 0438369576 by Monday the 24th August.

Wow what a night was had last night at the Burke & Wills Hotel for our annual Charlton Raceway Inc. Trophy Dinner.

Our Emcee for the night done a great job Josh Boyd and live music by Andrew Kucks Music was fantastic. Thanks also to Jarred & Jacob from Clay-Per-View for getting some highlight reels together.

Thankyou to everyone who turned up and made it a great night. Special thanks to all our club committee for setting up the whole night and Vicki selling all the raffle tickets. And also thanks to everyone who donated to the raffle prizes. We look forward to the season ahead.

🔴🔵TROPHY DINNER RUN SHEET🔵🔴
All systems go for a sensational night for the Charlton Raceway Trophy Dinner this Saturday night at the Burke & Wills Hotel, 554 Ruthven St Toowoomba.

Head up stairs to the same room as last year, the Allan Cunningham Room.

Guests can start arriving from 5.45pm to try and ease congestion with platters being provided from 6.15. Official welcome beginning at 7pm.

Shaping up to be an incredible night with a great turnout. We will have raffle tickets to purchase with a great range of gifts to raffle off.
