The team at EFS have a wide range of skills to share and train our members in; these include, but are certainly no limited to: strength & conditioning, weight loss, martial arts, and body building. We have a shared philosophy that physical health is the gateway to a better lifestyle and mental wellbeing. Our facility offers all our members a full private shower and changeroom, free weights, barbells, machines, and a wide range of cardio equipment, all with plenty of room to move around in.

New EFS hoodies have arrived just in time for the cooler weather 🥶

Limited sizes available to purchase during staffed hours at reception for $44.95.

We will be putting in a final order at the end of May, so if you would like to purchase one of these amazing hoodies just come and see us at reception and we can organise that for you.

There will be no more orders available after the end of May, so be sure to order yours today so you don’t miss out!

As mentioned many times, the gym car park is ONLY to be used by members who are using the gym at the time they are using the carpark.

It’s the same cars we are repeatedly seeing parking here day in day out, after many requests not too.

If this continues cars will be towed!!
