FULL TIME:
TNFC 1 – 4 Football Dalby

A challenging day on the road for the Men in Blue against a well-organised Dalby side.

The first half proved difficult, with Dalby capitalising on their chances and putting four goals on the board, leaving us with a mountain to climb heading into the break.
To our credit, the team regrouped and responded strongly in the second half. With renewed energy and focus, we competed far better, tightened up defensively, and showed much improved intent going forward. Despite the lift in performance, neither side was able to add to the scoreline after the break.

A tough result, but an important reminder of the standards required across the full 90 minutes.

Back to training. Back to work. Eyes on the response next week.

The Men in Blue hit the road this week as we travel to Dalby to face Football Dalby this Sunday.

Round 14 shapes up as another tough test for TNFC, with Dalby coming in strong and unbeaten in their last three matches. We know the standard required, and we’re ready to meet it.

🔵⚽ ROUND 13 – MATCH RESULT ⚽🔵

FULL TIME:
TNFC 2 – 1 Highfields FC

A tough contest at home for the Men in Blue, who had to dig deep to secure all three points.

The first half saw us find the lead through an own goal, but it was clear we were not fully in rhythm, with Highfields making it difficult to play our usual brand of football.

In the second half, the challenge grew even greater as we were reduced to 10 men. From that point on, the team showed real character, discipline, and resilience to stay organised and fight for every moment.
A quality solo effort from Niraj proved to be the difference, sealing a hard-earned 2–1 victory.

Not our cleanest performance, but a strong result built on determination and teamwork when it mattered most.

Back to training. Back to work. Eyes on next week.

FULL TIME:

TNFC 3 – 1 Kingaroy SSC

A composed and determined performance from the Men in Blue on the road.

The match started evenly, with both sides battling to gain control. Despite our efforts, we went a goal down late in the first half, giving the hosts the advantage heading into the break.

But the response after halftime showed the character of this team. The boys came out with intent, energy, and belief, taking control of the game and putting Kingaroy under pressure.

The persistence paid off as we found our rhythm in attack, turning the game around with three well-earned goals to secure a strong 3–1 victory.

A deserved result built on discipline, resilience, and teamwork.

TNFC 3 – 3 Goondiwindi FC

A game of resilience, character, and heart from the Men in Blue.

We started strong, taking an early lead and setting the tone. However, a tough period saw momentum swing, with three goals conceded in quick succession within five minutes.

Down but not out — the response after halftime showed what this team is built on.
The boys came out with renewed energy and belief, fighting for every ball and pushing forward with intent. The determination paid off as we battled back to level the score at 3–3.

A hard-earned point that reflects the spirit and unity of the squad.
