Weapons training night - with Soke Jim to attend

A reminder that we have a
WEAPONS TRAINING NIGHT ⚔️ TONIGHT - Monday the 4th of May

A range of weapons will be demonstrated with the opportunity to try out different weapons.

As an added bonus - Soke Jim will be joining us to share his wealth of knowledge in all types of weapons.

We hope you can join us. Everyone welcome - our last weapons evening was a lot of fun with lots of learning and we are sure this one will be too.

Class starts at 5pm as normal but the weapons segment will commence at approximately 6pm.

Bring your weapons if you have any - but if you don’t there will be weapons available to share.

Weapons Training Night ⚔️

Our last weapons evening was a lot of fun and we all learned a lot. Hope you can join us!

A grading day is always a great day - seeing all who graded and everyone who supported, and spending time with everyone.
Congratulations to everyone who graded today 🎉🎉 and all Tmba Central Zen Do Kai, Muay Thai and Greenmount Muay Thai students! You all did a fantastic grading and as always we are very proud of your hard work and commitment.

Hi everyone! Hope you've had a smashing start to the week.

This week on Thursday the 19th there will be NO TRAINING as the hall is pre-booked.

Training is as normal today and next Monday 😊
