STATEMENT

Due to ongoing disruption in the Middle East and the resulting impact on fuel supply, international flight operations, and cost-of-living stability, we have decided not to proceed with travel to Spain in January 2027.

Current uncertainty surrounding flight availability, scheduling, and overall travel conditions makes it not viable at this time to plan this experience. Our priority is to ensure safety, reliability, and value for all participants.

We can confirm and are excited to announce that in addition to our goalkeeper training experience, we are now offering an opportunity for goalkeeping coaches to learn the training methodologies from some of the best goalkeeper coaches in Europe and at one of the most prestigious and oldest football La Liga clubs in Spain.

The intensive program offers access to all PGT GK experience training sessions, with additional opportunities for invaluable classroom and Valencia CF goalkeeping academy training sessions (Junior to U23’s) facilitated by the academy goalkeeper coaches during our two weeks at Ciudad Deportiva de Patena.

What a way to train and develop as an individual in a professional environment, increasing your skill sets and knowledge of current training methodologies, all while under the guidance of UEFA qualified coaches. Jan 2026 Valencia CF GK Experience

What an amazing and exciting 14 days / 13 nights once in a life time experience to Valencia CF.

This opportunity allowed everyone to develop as a goalkeeper/coach and be able to immerse themselves in the culture that Valencia and Spain offers.

Massive thank you to all the Valencia CF GK coaches (Aitor, Manolo, Carlos, Ferran, Ruben, Joni and Javi) for your mentoring and delivery of the challenging and development training program over the 13 sessions in 10 days. All this within their own team, club training schedules and personal commitments. First class. 🥇

These experiences are not possible without a lot of behind the scenes work-
🧤to our 24/7 Valencia CF contacts Ignacio and Carlota that ensure all our accommodation, meals, transfers, training schedule, game tickets, stadium/city tours and so much more are organised prior to our arrival and are on call if we need anything once we have arrived. We are continuously greatful for your endless work over the past six trips over the past ten years.

🧤 Robyn, the PGT executive officer is our operational person ensuring all travel documentation, schedules, emails and financial administration is at the highest level. Once again you have provided exceptional support to all.

We as coaches, your support in mentoring and looking after each other on and off the training park was the stand out. This made our job an easy one and we too have seen you develop into a better goalkeepers in such a short period of time. 🙌🏻
