EMS fires muscle fibres using an electric current, facilitating an intense and effective athletic training session. One 20 minute EMS training session is equal to 1-2 hours of moderate-intensity gym work. EMS is effective in increasing several key performance area

s including metabolism and strength, whilst helpful in rehabilitation where the client requires long-term pain relief through periodised training.
