How much physical activity do you get across your week?

The recommended amount of physical activity for health (decreased risk of chronic disease) is 150 min/week of moderate to vigorous activity. If weight loss is the goal, that figure needs to increase to >250 min/week. Additionally, this should be in conjunction with a well balanced diet, hydration strategies and adequate sleep. I highly recommend the use of an accredited practicing dietician whenever looking to implement a nutrition modification for any goal.

After a few days spent glued to my computer the new website (pcm-healthandfitness.com) is up and running. I'm very excited to be starting this new chapter in January! But first I'll be heading to Perth for a couple weeks of R&R before my extremely busy 2020 kicks off, stay tuned.....
