Looking for something fun and active for the school holidays? ☀️

Come along to our GD Tennis Holiday Clinics at Tooradin Tennis Club! 🎾

Our clinics are a great way for kids to:
🎾 Improve their tennis skills
🎾 Get active and have fun
🎾Meet and play with other players
🎾Learn through fun games, drills & activities
😃 Enjoy some time on court these holidays!

Looking for a fun way for your junior to play, compete and develop their tennis this summer?
Tooradin Tennis Club is looking for junior players to join our BDTA Junior Competition for the upcoming summer season! ❤️💚

It’s a great opportunity to:

We are saddened to share the news of the passing of our long time player, committee member, and Treasurer, Joan Wright.

In a small community, we all understand how important our volunteers are, and both Joan and Jim have been central to the Tooradin sporting community for many years. Joan served as an active committee member taking the role as Treasurer from 1996 to 2000, a role her daughter Jo continues today.

Joan played tennis across our midweek ladies and Saturday competitions, as a strong competition player she took many flags in the DTA and WGTA as shown below, even taking the court alongside her daughter Jo.

Her love of tennis extended well beyond the club. Joan often welcomed friends, and family to the lively matches held at the Wrights’ home in Blind Bight. Many of us spent a good part of our teenage years at “the Wrights,” where we were always greeted with warmth, fed generously, and caught up on all the local news in the kitchen with Joan. Those memories are treasured by so many.

Joan passed her love of tennis on to her children and grandchildren, who continue to be involved in the club today, a legacy that will live on for years to come.

Our thoughts are with Jim, Jo, and the entire Wright family during this difficult time.

Exciting news! 🎾🎾 We're adding 2 new classes to our timetable!

Introducing KINDER KIDS TENNIS for 3 and 4-year-olds.

This program focuses on fundamental motor skills through fun activities, balance, racquet control, hand-eye coordination, and movement.
Sunshine or rain, classes can be held inside too.
