There will be no netball on Monday 1st June due to the WA Day long weekend and our representative teams competing at the Association Championships in Perth.

This includes all NSG, Juniors & our mixed senior competition!

This weekend our under 16s & under 12s teams are heading to Perth to represent Tom Price Netball Association at the Association Championships!

We are incredibly proud of all our players, coaches, managers, umpires and supporters who have put in countless hours of training and preparation to get to this point.

Play hard, support your teammates, enjoy the experience, and most importantly have fun! We know you'll represent our town with pride both on and off the court.

🏐 RULE OF THE WEEK – OBSTRUCTION (CONTACT) 🏐

Netball isn’t just about getting to the ball first — it’s about doing it fairly! Obstruction can happen with or without body contact and includes actions that limit a player’s movement or space.

Remember:
❌ Holding
❌ Blocking
❌ Pushing
❌ Crowding

Give players space, respect the rules and let the game flow! 💪

Respectful communication helps create a better game-day environment for everyone 🖤❤️🤍

A reminder to all players, coaches and spectators: ✔️ Only the team captain should approach the umpire
✔️ Questions should be calm, respectful and focused on rule clarification
✔️ Umpires deserve the same respect as every participant on court

Our umpires are an essential part of the game and without them, netball simply doesn’t happen. Let’s all do our part to support a positive, safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved 🙌
