DANCESTEP STUDENT TEACHING TEAM

Students and Parents would have met your amazing Student Teacher's who help out weekly in classes as well as taking part in an online Leadership Development Program through DanceStep.

We love to see the growth in students as they assist in classes through demonstrating skills, helping with shoe changes, caring for students at drop off and bringing their energy, passion and kindness to the studio.

In Term 1, the talented captured the Student Teacher's in a fun photo-shoot. We're so thankful for local collaborations and opportunities for our students!

It's never too late to join the team as the online learning component is self-paced. So we invite EOI's to join the team for any students aged 10+ as we continue this awesome program.

TERM 2 SCHEDULE

It's been a busy start to the term with our Competition Team Auditions and Rehearsals kicking off!

We can't wait to see students further develop their skills, classes learn new choreography AND our Acrobats perfect their Exam skills this term.

NEXT WEEK ALTERNATE SCHEDULE

Please see attached Alternate Schedule taking place Week 4 on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th with no regular classes scheduled this week.
***Please note Senior Combo & Aerials Extension/Adults will take place on Saturday 23rd May instead.

There have been some slight amendments so please print off this new Planner moving forward!

We’re running another dance program at Karingal!

After all the amazing feedback from last time, we’ve made it even better — we’ve gone from 3 to 4 sessions 🙌 plus made some fun updates to class types and times to suit everyone a little more!

Starting Monday May 4

Our 3-week Kids Dance Program with Dust Creative Arts is almost full! We’re so excited to see such a great response from the community.

While the Mini Movers sessions are now fully booked, there are still a few spots available in the following classes:

✨ Mummy & Me (10 months+) – 2:45pm
A fun and interactive class where little ones can move, explore music and dance alongside their parent.

✨ Groovers (6+) – 4:30pm
Perfect for kids who love to dance, build confidence and learn new moves.

✨ Tumblers (6+) – 5:15pm
A great class for energetic kids who enjoy movement, coordination and tumbling skills.

These young ladies are on a journey building skills in leadership through the DanceSTEP Program which includes lessons in anatomy, safe dance practice, event planning, behaviour management and more!
