🏏 REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN! 🏏

The wait is over! Registrations for the 2026 SRCC Spring Cricket Camp are now open.

Join us for two action-packed days of expert coaching from Cricket Australia Level 2 & 3 accredited coaches, skill development, games, plenty of fun, and the opportunity to make new friends as we prepare for another exciting cricket season.

📍 When: Sunday 27 September (morning) to Monday 28 September (afternoon)
📍 Where: Deniliquin, NSW

This is a fully supervised, overnight camp with all accommodation and meals included. Players will stay together at a local motel in the heart of Deniliquin, with SRCC and Murrumbidgee coaches and staff also staying on site to ensure everyone is well looked after throughout the camp.

To all our junior players, check this out. Southern Riverina are one of our representative programs within the area and are putting on this camp. They have some great coaches to help and a nice way to work into the season coming up.

📣 SRCC - 2026/27 Squad Selection Trials!!

We are excited to announce that our 2026/27 season trial dates have been locked in (previously Training Days).

Our Squad Selection Trials will run over July, August and September. Our first day is kicking off next Sunday 12th July. Please arrive by 8.45am ready to go.

🔆 To be considered for our squads, you must attend our trials. You are not required to be at every session but for our coaches to see what you have to offer and how much growth you have had from last season, we need to see you at the sessions.

Our trials work on a self nomination system and we are looking for players with a high end skill set. If you have not been involved before, please nominate and come along and show us what you have got. If you are from MVCA, GMC or SHDC leagues or Yarrawonga Mulwala CC, then we would love to see what you have got.

✳️ Squads -
During the trials you will be competing for a spot in our under 12's to under 16's Cup Tournament sides as well our under 13's & under 15's - 3 Rivers Cup teams. The under 16 age group will also be vying for a spot in the Colston Scammell Shield side, which is part of the NSW pathway system.

⚛️ Attendance -
We understand this is a busy time of year with a number of winter sports in full swing. If you wish to be considered for our squads attendance at one session is required. If you are unable to make a session please put an apology in via the page.

If you are participating in other representative programs such as Riverina Academy or Youth Champs trials, please make those programs a priority and inform SRCC of your inattendance.

🗓️ Trial Days -
Our first is next Sunday 12th July. All sessions will be held at Deniliquin Indoor Stadium, unless otherwise stated.
Session 1 - 12th July 9 to 12.30pm
Session 2 - 30th August 9 to 12.30pm
Session 3 - 20th September 9 to 12.30pm

Vale - Bruce Tuhan

Bruce was a staunch supporter of MVCA cricket, his radio segment promoted the league to many listeners in northern Victoria

Bruce is a former President and Secretary of the league dedicating numerous years of service.

He was a member of the MVCUA umpiring fraternity.

Through all his work and dedication Bruce earnt the recognition of being awarded a life membership of the MVCA

Bruce will be sorely missed and condolences go out to family and friends
