There can be all of these hidden benefits underneath them that we don't even realize are there.

Maybe being seen feels dangerous.

Maybe staying exactly where you are protects you from judgment, rejection, or something your system decided a very long time ago that it needed to protect you from.

And when those beliefs are active in your consciousness, you can WANT something with all your heart…

and still find yourself unable to move toward it.

What if you’re not actually receiving?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot because sometimes we think we’re receiving… but we’re really just bringing back into our experience something we’ve already received before.

And that isn’t quite the same thing.

True receiving opens us to something we haven’t yet experienced.

Something new.
Something beyond what we already know.

In this video, I’m sharing a tool that became incredibly important for me during a time when I was so exhausted that I couldn’t “do” much of anything.

It’s called ⬆️ directional awareness ⬆️

And it’s about learning to point your awareness toward what you’re choosing to receive — while allowing that awareness to remain infinite.

No conclusion.
No judgment.
No deciding what it is before it arrives.
