This guy ❤️the smile , that laugh , he loved his family both at home and in the gym , it was a privilege , he gave all of us more in his short life then many have in a lifetime❤️he was always humble❤️.I want to thank everyone who have sent beautiful messages , donated money , no amount is too small,this will just help Louie’s family take time ,💔100% of all funds will go to his family so they can breath a little and spend time together during this time ,I am forever greatfull ❤️

It is with a very heavy , broken heart that we post the loss of our Louie McHugh , im lost for words💔he was an Instructor at progressive Martial arts and G**o Dan Inosanto , ranked under Ajarn Chai and Professor Jean Jacques Machado , a ring fighter , but most of all he was Lou, with a beautiful mum Sue , Dad Mark and sisters Niamph , Freya and Immy ,I will post more about our Lou who was 23 years old 💔but for now I would like to support his family and this is one way I know how so I’m asking for any support to make this a little easier for them , 100 percent of all funds will go directly to Louie’s family .

We will open all of December except xmas and boxing day , we will be doing our end of year grading on the 17 th December and the Christmas Party is on the 20th December all are welcome , lots of raffle prizes , with money going to a cancer cause ❤️
