My key tip for making movement an automatic habit is to think of the feeling after exercise and how it benefits what is most important to you.

For me personally it is time to let everything else go and be present in that moment while I’m exercising and then afterwards it sets me up to feel good and motivates me to do the other things I want to do or achieve.

If I don’t move my body I feel like I have less energy and motivation, I can have trouble focusing and even feel my mood isn’t as good as it normally is.

So just remember the benefits of exercising are so much more than just physical fitness 🙌🏽

We can all use someone in our corner cheering us on. Let that someone be YOU. Find joy in the small achievements 🙌🏽.

Movement itself primes you to connect with others. It really does give us a sense of belonging and creates a true sense of connection with the people that you're moving with. It's why people will talk about others they work out with as their 'fitness fam.' Just another great reason to move your body regularly.
