I fixed a camera mount under the wing of my Vans RV4 to get this video of the Kosciuszko Main Range and the western slopes. We fly over Guthega power station...

Sometimes it's knowing where the wind has blown the good snow, sometimes it's knowing when to go out and when not to. Sometimes it's knowing which terrain to avoid, knowing how to use a transceiver and shovel, and how to dig a snow cave.

Just getting this all set up for the Australian winter season. I'll be doing guided ski touring on the main range out of Thredbo, and CAA AST1 avalanche courses. Still getting the website up, but let me know if you're interested.
