Client - Alison Driscoll
This girl is absolutely killing her training! She joined the gym looking to improve strength and increase weight. During Alison’s time with me her strength and technique have sky rocketed! Her deadlifts started at 20kg (the bar) and are now at 60kg for her 1 Rep max, for Alison who only weighs 58kg this is a huge achievement and it is only pushing her to kick new goals! I am overwhelmed by this girls commitment and dedication to her training and am so pleased I can be part of her journey and watch her growth!

TRICEP EXTENSION.
Great isolation movement for the tricep. The triceps contribute to compound movements such as bench press, increasing tricep strength will help you to reach those bench press pb’s. keep working hard everyone!!
