🎙 3 Ways to BOOST ENERGY!

✔️ Ensure you’re eating enough calories on a daily basis while keeping in a sustainable deficit in order to drop body fat! Everyone’s different in terms of their calorie targets, goals, age, weight etc .. We want to help you feel strong, fit, energetic, accomplished and make sure you’re eating enough wholesome foods to perform at your best!

✔️ Make sure you’re drinking enough water through the day for optimal brain function as well as your physical/mental performance! As most of our body is made up of water, it’s important to keep it fueled be able to work to your full potential!

HOW NOT TO TRACK PROGRESS! 🚩

One of the biggest misconceptions in the fitness industry is the use of scales and BMI tracking towards your results. They're almost useless! ✔️

➡️ For optimal results for FAT loss, you're going to be following a structured nutrition and training plan in accordance to your goals which will result you being in a caloric deficit.

Throughout your training which would be primarily weight training mixed with some cardio, you're going to be increasing lean muscle mass and dropping body fat, assuming you're following a sustainable plan! 🎯

❌ The scales don't show you the differernce from body fat to muscle. (1kg of body fat is equivalent to 3kg of muscle)

❌ Checking your BMI also won't have any benefits here, it's only telling you what you should be at from your height and weight, disregarding any amount of lean muscle you may have, which could ultimately put you down as overweight or obese depending on your muscle percentage levels.

❌ Taking daily readings from your scales are only going to create unhappiness due to possible 1-3kg fluctuations daily which could be the purpose of water, food consumption, hormones, sodium levels or DOMS!

✔️ Proper ways to track your progress are ways such as measurements, photos, fat calipers, Dexa scans, and hydrostatic weighing!

▪️ Progressively and safely increase your weights with your training and utilize time under tension to improve your muscle endurance!
▪️ Eat more nutritious wholesome foods over processed. The better you eat, the better you will feel, recover and perform!
▪️ Ensure you aim for a good consistent sleep pattern for your body to be able to optimally function!
▪️ Make sure you properly warm up at the start of your workout to prepare your muscles for the workout ahead to your best ability!
▪️ Stay hydrated! Your muscles contain over 70% of water and will also improve your cognitive function to stay focused and motivated!
