Saturday Afternoon Fun at HVG! 🤸⭐

What a fantastic afternoon at our Term 3 Advanced Rec Competition!

Our gymnasts had the chance to show their parents all the hard work, skills and confidence they’ve been building in the gym this term. From great routines to big smiles, it was a fun, fast-paced afternoon filled with effort, determination and plenty of cheering.

Well done everyone – keep up the great work! 🩷🤸

❄️ WINTER SKILLS SERIES IS HERE! ❄️

Looking to level up your skills these school holidays? 💪🤸‍♀️

Our Winter Skills Series is designed for gymnasts, dancers, acro athletes and active kids aged 10+ who want extra skill development outside their regular classes. With focused coaching, extra repetitions and individual feedback, these workshops are the perfect way to build confidence and progress towards new skills!

🔥 Workshop 1: Acro & Tumbling for Gymnasts and Dancers
🔥 Workshop 2: Beam & Bar Skills Clinic

💰 1 Workshop: $25

🌟 Level 6 & 7 Shout Out! 🌟

What a fantastic weekend for our higher level girls at Country Capital Cup!

🩷 Bethany (Level 6) was outstanding, claiming:
🥇 1st Vault
🥇 1st Bars
🥇 1st Beam
🥈 2nd Floor
🏆 1st Overall

A huge achievement!

🩷 Ruby (Level 7) continues to show growth and improvement. She placed 🥉 on Vault and, after an unfortunate fall on Beam, showed great resilience to regroup, and finish the competition strongly, placing 6th Overall.

We’re incredibly proud of both girls—not just for their results, but for the determination and sportsmanship they showed throughout the weekend. Keep working hard, girls! 💪✨

New levels, first comp nerves and a big weekend at the BGA Invitational for our Level 5-7 girls 🤸🏼‍♀️

So many girls stepping up into new levels for the very first time and taking on the challenge with great attitudes, determination and team spirit. A perfect first hit out for the year to shake off the nerves and see what we need to keep building on heading into the season ahead 🙌

Now it’s back to the gym for 2 more weeks of hard work as we prepare for CCC! HVG is the place to be 💫
