🌸 SPRING INTO ACRO WORKSHOP SERIES 🌸

Our school holiday acro workshops for gymnasts and dancers are back—this time with a fresh spring twist!

These focused sessions will include acro technique, skill progressions, strength, flexibility and confidence-building activities in our fully equipped gymnastics environment.

📅 Tuesday 29 September
⏰ Session 1: 12:00pm–1:00pm
⏰ Session 2: 1:30pm–2:30pm

💰 $25 per workshop or attend both for $40

Participants must already be able to perform handstands and cartwheels.

Places are limited to allow for plenty of individual coaching and feedback, so bookings are essential!

Come and explore HVG with your little one these school holidays!

🤸 45-minute session
💰 $20 per child

Our parent-led open-play session is suitable for children from approximately 18 months—or confidently moving around—up to four years and not yet attending school.

Climb, balance, swing, jump, roll and explore our Kinder Gym equipment together at your child’s own pace!

HVG members and new families are both very welcome. It’s the perfect opportunity to come and try Kinder Gym with your little one.

Places are limited and bookings are essential.

Join us for six action-packed days across the school holidays, open to HVG members and non-members aged 5–12 years!

Each day will be filled with gymnastics, games, challenges, themed crafts and a movie during lunch. Check the flyer for dates, times, prices and all the important details!

Children must bring a packed morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, along with a labelled bottle of water.

Places are limited and our holiday days can fill quickly, so don’t leave your booking too late!

We’ve wrapped up a huge weekend for our Level 5, 6 & 7 athletes, and we couldn’t be prouder of the way every girl represented HVG. 💗🖤

Level 5 – Division 3B
🌟 Sienna – 6th Floor & 6th Bars
🌟 Isla – 2nd Bars 🥈
🌟 Chloe – 3rd Overall 🥉 3rd Beam, 4th Vault & 4th Bars
🌟 Zoe – 5th Floor

🌟 Charli – 6th Beam

Level 6 – Division 4B
🌟 Bethany – 6th Vault, 3rd Beam 🥉, 1st Floor – STATE CHAMPION 1st 🥇 and 4th Overall

Add these results to Ruby’s incredible Level 7 performance and Willow & Lilly’s placings earlier today, and it has been such a successful weekend for our club.

There were podium finishes, personal achievements, tough moments, proud moments and plenty of memories made along the way. Most importantly, our athletes competed with determination, composure and great sportsmanship.

What a way to finish State Trial 2! 💗🖤

Today was all about our incredible Level 5 team. There were plenty of smiles & some fantastic placings.

Not everything went to plan—and that’s gymnastics.

We couldn’t be prouder that every one of our athletes finished in the overall placings in their respective sessions. A wonderful reflection of the hard work, resilience and determination these girls continue to show.

So proud of you all! 💪✨
