U16 Southern Force Titans 10-1 Riverside Stingrays

The Southern Force Titans delivered a dominant semi-finalist performance, overwhelming the Riverside Stingrays 10-1 to secure their place in the Grand Final.
The Titans wasted little time asserting control, establishing a strong lead early in the match through relentless attacking pressure and confident ball movement. Their ability to create opportunities and capitalise on chances set the tone from the opening whistle.
Riverside fought hard and found a breakthrough midway through the first half, briefly reducing the deficit and lifting their spirits. However, Southern Force responded immediately, restoring their momentum and maintaining control of the contest. Leading 4-1 at the break, the Titans entered the second half firmly in command.

While the goal scorers rightly earned plenty of attention, this emphatic victory was built on much more than finishing. The Southern Force Titans' hardworking midfield and defence provided the engine room throughout the match, winning possession, controlling the tempo, and driving play forward at every opportunity. Remaining composed under pressure and consistently turning defence into attack, breaking through the Riverside Stingrays' lines with confidence. While our goalie defended in the goals with skill and precision, setting the midfield to be well-positioned to control the play. The combination of a dominant midfield, disciplined defence, and clinical attacking play laid the foundation for Southern Force's success and was instrumental in securing the 10-1 victory.

As the team prepares for the Grand Final, this performance stands as a reflection of perseverance, commitment, teamwork, and faith.
