🌟Saturday saw the conclusion of the Squash NSW Junior Pennant Term 3 league.
It has been great to see the players improve and progress across the term and see some new faces.

🔥This term has seen 10+ teams from Thornleigh Squash and Fitness / Briars Sports , Barker and St Andrews, 6+ teams from St Pius and a couple of teams from Jets and newcomers Dural.

🏆It is a great format of 5 weeks comp then the 6th week being the finals round. Week 7 has now becone the magic round that is either a round robin, timed event or some doubles play.

🥇We encourage all clubs and schools to participate in this Saturday morning comp as a good foundation for children taking the first steps into competitive play. Division 1 and 2 are those players that are now participating in Squash Australia rated Bronze level events at local affiliated clubs.

We also caught up with our local Thornleigh Saffer, **Karen Blom**, and some of her old squash family for dinner and drinks. Plenty of laughs, stories and swapping of squash experiences.
