A couple of things that you may or may not know about me…

• Mum of 4 + (one angel baby 3 earth babies and 3 miscarriages)
• Interior Architect with a Masters Degree (which I don’t use)
• Fitness is more than just exercise to me, it’s also about my mental heath and it’s gotten me through a lot of tough times.
• I am your biggest supporter, we all start somewhere, and I’m with you every step.
• I gave up coffee 2 months ago and am still going strong!
• Started running 3 mornings a week (and absolutely still hate it).
