🌟Alison is our Client of the Month🌟

This month, we want to recognize Alison for her commitment, discipline, and positive attitude in every workout. 🔥

Since joining our community, Alison has shown that consistency and effort lead to real results. Not only has she made impressive physical progress, but she also inspires those around her to always give their best.

This is what Alison shared about her experience with Drive:
"I joined Drive Personal Coaching in order to achieve some better long-term health outcomes. And to improve my fitness and build muscle.
I’ve always been nervous about joining gyms and personal training but the team at Drive immediately made me feel welcomed and relaxed, and the support of all the other members has been fantastic and made me feel at ease and comfortable coming on a regular basis.
I particularly like how Blake meets me where I am in my journey and modifies the exercises to ensure that I can be successful after every training session. Every goal we make for me is something that is achievable and meaningful and something that allows me to be successful with the limited time I have to focus on my own health journey.

The individualised support and my faith in the nutrition program that I can simply follow means that I am already achieving steady health benefits."

Well deserved, Alison!! Thank you for being a true example of dedication and for being part of our fitness family! 🙌

RIDGY DIDGE 50KM — CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

One of our badass women took on the Ridgy Didge 50km Ultra — and here's how it went:

“I thought 50km would be cruisy…”
After finishing 100km races, she figured this one would be manageable. But with 2400m of elevation, slides-down-on-your-bum descents, and brutal out-and-back loops — it turned out to be the toughest race mentally she’s ever done.

The breaking point — 32km in.
A volunteer told her she was dead last and asked if she wanted to quit, saying she didn’t look like she had 18km left in her. That moment hurt. She felt like a failure. She thought she was wasting everyone’s time.

Almost gave up.

Kept going. Kept pushing.

She powered through the final stretch, finishing strong. She came in last — but only minutes behind the next runners. Not miles off like she thought. And nowhere near holding up the volunteers.

She FINISHED. And we are so proud.

Proud she didn’t give up. Proud she pushed through. And damn right she should be.

Moral of the story: Your brain will lie to you when you're struggling. But you are always stronger than you think — and you’re never as far behind as it feels.

We are so proud of this woman. An absolute warrior.

🚨Client of the month 🚨
!!!ANDREW !!!

“When I started with Drive my long term goal was to complete the Half Marathon
in Queenstown, New Zealand and am so pleased to say that this month I achieved
that with a time of 2 hrs 39 minutes.

During my training I incurred a knee injury which took over 6 months to fix. Working with
Dillon he devised a program to strengthen my knee muscles and happily I had no problem
with this during the run. About 6 weeks before the run I had an Achilles injury and virtually
stopped training for 2 weeks and after that gradually came back to running. This meant
I didn't get the proper training for the run so I decided to just aim to finish and not worry
about the time. Happily I was able to finish and kept a consistent time throughout the run
which is a testimony to all the work put in before the Achilles injury.

I couldn't have done this without Dillon. He developed specific running programs for me throughout
the year and focussed on strengthening my legs so that I could run the distance without issue.
I have to admit there were a few times I felt like giving up but Dillon always cheered me up after
each training session and helped me focus on achieving my goals.

I know I wouldn't have successfully completed the half marathon without Dillon and the whole Drive team.

Andrew”

You are such an inspiration Andrew and we are so proud to have you with us at drive!
Keep killing it 💪🏽💪🏽

Client of the week !!!

Charmi !!!!!

“I recall my 1st day conversation with Dillon, "am there to help you to reach the goal" is the statement he uttered and with no doubt I believe and follow Dillon's nutrient/fitness plan.

Its been more than 4 months now, am training with Dillon, I feel strong and healthy. More than a weight-loss journey, I would rather call it as a lifestyle change.

The best about DRIVE is the Dynamic coaches, Reliable tips,Initiatives to motivate,Valuable seminars,Enjoyable classes.Lastly, it's a welcoming and fantastic community with lots of fun and laughter 😀.”

Keep pushing through Charmi, you are doing so well 💪🏽🧡

This fantastic due have been voted as clients of the week! 🎉🧡

A huge shout-out to our amazing Tori and Susie! Your dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to your fitness goals have truly inspired us all. This is what they had to share about their experience with Drive:

TORI:
“I started Drive to gain strength after seeing my parents struggle as they age. Also, my good friend Susie dragged me here - Thank you Susie!
Initially I lacked confidence with the machines and lifting weights. James has been awesome in coaching and encouraging me on my strength journey!
I’ve loved the classes - the coaches and fellow participants have been very welcoming and fun. Lots of laughs and banter along with the training. Thank you to everyone for making my time so enjoyable.”

SUSIE:
“I recently joined DRIVE after the gym I was previously a member of closed. DRIVE has made it very easy for me to transition.
They have accommodated my personal preferences and addressed my requested needs to support my sporting activities (sailing). It is a pleasure working within a very friendly environment with excellent equipment and facilities and a friendly and knowledgeable team.
Although the fees associated with membership stress my budget, I consider the value is recovered through the advice provided by the trainers and the operating structure and environment which makes attending gym a very pleasurable experience for me.”
Congratulations Tori and Susie, you’ve pushed through challenges, stayed consistent, and proven that with determination, anything is possible. We see your efforts and celebrate every rep, step, and drop of sweat. Keep crushing it! 👏
