Be honest — how many times have you told yourself:
“I’ll start working out when things slow down…”
But work, kids, and life never really slow down, right?
Here’s what I tell my clients:
⏱ Stop waiting for the “perfect time.” There isn’t one.
💪 Even 15–20 minute workouts count (morning, lunch, evening — whatever works).
📅 3x/week is enough to build strength, drop weight, and boost energy.
You don’t need more time — you need the right plan.
