Hey there, welcome to Betar Pilates !

We are a home studio in Thorneside, on Queens Esplanade.
A short intro from the owner Olivia - I'm a keen endurance runner, competing in marathons and trail runs around the country. I started my Pilates journey over 5 years ago to rehabilitate a running injury.

I immediately fell in love with the Pilates principles. Pilates offered me the language and movement to find connection with my body and breath. Ever since, Pilates has been firmly in my routine for my strength and conditioning.
