Bobby Dunnes Boxing Gym The Bobby Dunne's Boxing and Fitness Gym is not a traditional boxing gym in terms of black eyes and In our boxing classes you can burn over 600 calories!

Our Boxing classes are designed to improve the lifestyle of our participants through weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and confidence. Everyone is welcome to join in our classes and most of all, no experience is necessary. Our boxing classes don’t involve hauling a truck tire up a hill or being yelled at by a drill sergeant. They do involve boxing drills and boxing combinations used by r

eal boxers plus cardio and strength exercises that will give you a fun, full body workout that will get you results – fast! In fact, boxing is the ultimate fitness. Boxing training works your cardiovascular system, improves strength and releases stress. Countless studies have shown that boxing classes are a great way to improve physical health and fitness whilst contributing to weight loss and overall body strength. This of course leads to less stress on the mind and body which in turn will lead to greater productivity in your daily life. Often, a lot of our Boxing class is done in pairs. If you do not have a partner, no problems! Brandon will assign one to you and this is a great way to meet new people and encourage each other to work hard! Boxing classes provide a great fun way to burn calories, boost fitness, learn correct boxing technique and meet some great people.
