Nobody tells you the hard part isn’t the training. It’s just walking in.

We asked Dimitri what he wishes he knew before his first lesson.

His answer? How easy it actually is to start — and how many people are in your corner once you do.

That’s the part beginners get wrong. They think they need to be fit first. Strong first. Ready first.

You don’t. You just need to show up. The progress comes from the room — coaches, training partners, people who were exactly where you are now and want to see you get better.

Dimitri walked in not knowing any of that. Now he’s the one helping the next person through their first session.

Your first lesson is the only hard part. We’ve got the rest.

You already know which side you’re on.

Every night ends the same way — couch, screen, another night gone. It doesn’t have to.

Our 2-Week Beginner Course is built for total beginners. No experience, no fitness level needed. Gloves and shirt included, and a room full of people who started exactly where you are.

Two weeks from now you could look back on this as the night you finally started.

New to Muay Thai? This one’s for you. 👊

We grabbed Coach Kara mid-pad session and asked the question every beginner’s thinking: how do I get over the nerves?

Her answer? Stop overthinking it. Yeah it feels scary — you’re doing something brand new. That’s normal. Everyone in that room felt it on day one too. You just show up, throw your first kick, and suddenly it’s the best part of your week.

No experience needed. No pressure. Just you, some pads, and a room full of people who were exactly where you are.

Kara’s Tuesday Fundamentals class kicks off at 6pm — built from scratch for total beginners.

Come give it a go. We’ll teach you the rest. 🥊

The clinch is where Muay Thai fights are won. 🤜

Ghez and Benny are back from months training at Manop Gym in Thailand — and Ghez is already showing off a little clinch work he picked up over there. 👀

Good to have these two home where they belong. 🙏

Catch them live on the pads and in the clinch next week. Stay close. 👀

Some weeks the work just feels good.

Smiles on the pads. Smiles in sparring. Smiles in the gym.

Another beginner course done this week — and all the classes in full swing.

This is what a regular night looks like at

Day 1. You don’t know what you’re doing yet — and that’s exactly the point.

We asked Raj what he’d tell himself on his very first class.

“Just lean into it. Keep going even when you’re tired. Keep coming back. Keep persistent. Have fun.”

Every fighter in this room started where you are now. Nervous. Unsure. New.

The ones who stay aren’t the most talented. They’re the ones who keep showing up.

Your first class is the hardest one you’ll ever do. It only gets better from here.

The best fighters in Thailand aren’t faster than you. They just understand jang-wà.

In Muay Thai, timing can be drilled. Rhythm has to be grown — slide through.

Be honest: do you rush the opening, or wait for it?

Everyone starts with the basics — and the basics never stop mattering.

This week we are focusing on knee strikes for Muay Thai.

Range, control, balance. Simple to start, a lifetime to master.

That’s Muay Thai. You don’t need to be good to begin. You begin to get good.

07/06/2026

No staged shots. Just old fashion hard work on the pads at ACSA.

Muay Thai doesn’t reward shortcuts. It rewards the ones who keep turning up — round after round, week after week.

This is what years of consistent training looks like. The fundamentals never change, you just sharpen them.

Want results like this? They’re built one session at a time.
