St Albans Breakwater Cricket Club is excited to welcome Trent Salter and Max Dekker to the club for the upcoming season.

Trent joins us from Geelong City after recently coming out of Under 17’s cricket, where he impressed with the bat and produced two centuries throughout the season. A talented young player with plenty of potential, Trent will be an exciting addition to the playing group and we look forward to seeing his development at the club.

Joining him is fellow Geelong City junior Max Dekker. Max is a more than capable spin bowler and reliable middle order batsman who will add great balance and versatility to the side.

Both no strangers to St Albans Reserve playing their junior footy here. Please join us in welcoming Trent and Max to the club for the season ahead!

A prodigal son is returning to St Albans reserve. Jake Spalding is officially coming home to the St Albans Breakwater Cricket Club.

A quality player, a fierce competitor, and a bloke who knows exactly what this club is all about. Jake returns as a hard-nosed opening bowler who brings aggression from the very first over, sets the tone with the ball in hand, and loves taking the game on. And when he’s got the bat in his hands, everyone knows he can hit a seriously big ball.

The return of Spaldo is massive for the club both on and off the field, and we can’t wait to see him back out there with the boys this season.

🔴⚪️⚫️ 26/27 COACHING STAFF ⚫️⚪️🔴

Ladies and Gentlemen, this one is special.

With the fifth pick of the 26/27 draft, St. Albans/Breakwater would like to select Daniel Haines and Michael Blain as the package coaching combination for this upcoming season.

With some stellar performances both on and off the field, it was to easy for the club to continue our relationship with Daniel while bolstering the coaching attack with the clubs 1XI batting average winner Michael.

We look forward to seeing what these two can do, with their newest additions.

Big welcome to Harley Cobb joining St Albans Breakwater Cricket Club!

Harley comes into the group with a strong connection to the club and the wider St Albans community. The Cobb name carries plenty of respect around here, and it’s great to see the next generation pulling on the colours.

A classy top order batsmen, he joins us from the Birregurra Cricket Club where he most recently played in the grand final but unfortunately didn’t bring home the chocolates.

With Jake and Riley already on board. It’s becoming quite a sheaf.

Big news at St Albans Breakwater Cricket Club as we welcome two exciting additions to the playing group – Jake Gibbs and Jake Cobb.

Both Jake’s have spent their playing career at Grovedale in division 1 where they’re both had the taste of turf cricket.

They both bring not only talent, but great character, and will fit seamlessly into the club culture. Their addition adds real depth and experience as we continue building towards a big season ahead.

We can’t wait to see these two in the red, white and black.

We at St. Albans Breakwater Cricket Club, wish to invite all who are eager and willing to participate in next years committee and future endeavours to this years AGM.

As a club we are looking for volunteers who are able to help assist the club throughout the entirety of the season and help make this club even better.
