Squad Vs Squad Battle 🥊

Last weekend we had an epic workout battle where the teams from our 8 Week Program showed up with their games faces on.

There were some huge lifts and displays of resilience but only one team could come out on top;

The SPARTANS!

It was very close with only a few points separating the top and bottom teams.

Well done to everyone who competed on the day 👊

Our 8 Weeks is coming to an end and we’re all excited to see who will be crowned the 2026 champion!

We take a holistic view of training at FA and a big component of that is flexibility 🙆‍♂️

If you don’t have freedom of movement, it impacts everything. It’s hard to build strength or improve fitness on a body that’s stiff.

Here we’re focusing on improve shoulder, spine and hip mobility.
Flexibility improves your quality of life and allows you to do cool things like back bends!

Our 8 Week Program is the ultimate level of personalisation for your training.

Even in a group setting we design programs specific to your goals and with our small groups and experienced coaches, we cater for your level and any injuries you may have.

We modify the variables of a workout, adapt the exercises and adjust the volume and intention so you can workout side by side with someone who wants to build strength while you’re focusing on your flexibility.

And of course, we have a bit of fun!

STOP 🖐️ Don’t settle for the way things are!

Hear how Keisha overcame injuries and built strength in both mind and body 👏

Keisha came to us after deciding she wanted to become more active again and shift her mindset, our 8 Week Program caught her eye.
She stopped settling with the pain she was experiencing and created the belief she could make positive change 🧘‍♂️

With a small group size of only 10 we can provide you coaching tips and techniques to progress your skill and have you walking away with a program that’ll continue to improve your hand balancing.

The FA Games; Part one🏆

What we love to see 🙌 a bunch of our members in their element; lifting heavy s**t, lifting each other up and hitting some incredible PBs. Here’s just a snippet of some of the lifts from the day.

This is our favourite event of the year. We clear the gym space and turn it into a competition floor. The hype is unreal with the competitors giving it everything they’ve got in each of the categories; powerlifting, strongman/woman to cardio, and team based events.

We had volunteers and a cheer squad to support the athletes not to mention all the competitors supporting one another, the atmosphere on these days is amazing and what our community is all about.

We can’t wait to see how our members continue to progress building up to the next FA Games.

Handstand Workshop 🤸‍♂️

On Saturday November 15 at 9.30am we’ll be running a handstand workshop for beginners to intermediate hand balancers who want to improve their skills upside down on two hands, enhance their shoulder and hip mobility and build specific strength for the handstands.

If you’re wanting to;
🤸‍♀️ Improve your handstand alignment
🤸 Create greater consistency with your kick ups and hold times
🤸‍♂️ Increase your hold times
🤸‍♀️ Learn more shapes and strategies on maintaining alignment throughout movement
🤸 Generally just enhance your ability to balance, your strength and overall mobility and flexibility…

Then this workshop is perfect for you and will provide you the strategies you need to see progress in all of these areas and more.

It will be limited to 10 people to ensure our coaches can provide more personalised attention throughout the workshop.
