Don’t forget to practice at home, XMA reloads Saturday’s once we are out of lockdown

YEEEEEEES it’s back XMA this Saturday 7th August 9:15am-9:59am, with Sensei Marco in the cage for this weekly class. This time allows Team Freestyle members opportunity to come upstairs after training. Be on time as we have to clear the floor 9:59 for the 10am bag and pad class.

General academy classes resume this Saturday 19th June, however we will postpone resumption of XMA to ensure every one has a fitness base ready to go xtreme on Saturday 17th July after the school holidays.
So get back to training, get your fitness and conditioning ready to rock Saturday 17th July

XMA is back! Classes are strictly by booking only. Call or message Proactive HQ to book your place. Sensei Marco will be running 1st 2 weeks back, XMA Thursday 6pm in the cage & Saturday 9:45am in the cage. Limited space & numbers so first in best dressed. Yay we are back!
