You can now book Group Fitness Classes and Infrared Sauna sessions directly from your phone - it’s never been easier to plan your sessions!

How to get started:

1. Check your inbox - you should have received an email with your login details

2. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
Log in using your member username and unique password

3. That’s it - you’re all set! 🙌

You can update your password anytime in the Profile tab.
