Being present in the ‘now’ & noticing what is around you can the most simple way to care for you mental health

A grounding practice:
Take note, even for a few moments the sights & sounds in any setting, quietly say to yourself or mentally record what it is you see & hear

Then notice the breath, the constant calming rhythm ~ your own unique rhythm for as long as feels comfortable
