A Grade Premiers 2025!

Sunday night our A grade team took game 3 of their Grand Final series against the Falcons Ice Hockey Club Inc. A truly hard fought series by both teams.

Jeff Pellerin missed game 3 but still managed to lead the team in scoring in playoffs along side Tamir Dunning with 5 points each. Riley Knapp was outstanding in net, turning away many good scoring chances. After a shattering loss in the first game Riley responded over the next two games with a stat line of 2 win, 0.5 goals against average, 37 shots faced and a .975 save percentage to help us secure our first A grade cup since IHSA division re-alignment in 2017.

Ronny Goret, fresh off his trip back to the states came in to replace Jeff Pellerin and scored the game tying goal after stripping a Falcon of the puck and putting it up stairs.

Jared Lowe was our OT hero banking a puck from behind the goal line off the goaltender and into the net.

Our C Grade team start their long awaited grand final series tonight vs the Blackhawks Adelaide Ice Hockey Club. We look the regular season match ups against them narrowly with 2 regulation wins, 1 OTW while they got the better of us twice in the five games we went head to head.

It should shape up to be a tight contest. Entry to the Ice Arena is Free. Puck drops at 7:15pm. Go Red!
