🏔ADVENTURE BOOTCAMPS🏔 These bootcamps are the ultimate adventure sessions! These give you the perfect chance to be more adventurous, challenge yourself in a very different way while making new friends along the way.
Adventure bootcamp are held in Sydney and you can expect a range of;
bushwalks
sand dune
beach drills
hill training
stair training

Loving the positive affects that trekking to Base Camp has had on some of our past clients 💕

REPOST; I can't stop thinking about the interview I did yesterday with some of my clients who I trained and sent to Base Camp. The difference in their confidence levels is astounding. One legend told me that her outlook on life has completely changed and it was because she successfully trained like a weapon and trekked to Base Camp, pushing herself beyond any of her previous personal boundaries. I cannot wait to show you the video that we are making with footage of their trip and interview. I cannot give these champs enough credit for their journey, granted I did tell them what to do but they are the ones that did it! All those hours of training and hating my guts for all the awful things I made them do, now they love me for it all haha!
Excited to start training my next team very soon. But this time I will be going too ™
